In Home Services

AzPaC began providing In Home Services through a contract with the Department of Economic Security in January, 2006.

In Home Services provide a variety of services to families referred by Child Protective Services. The service supports and enhances the family unit through a continuum of family-centered services. The program provides services such as case management, advocacy, counseling, parent training, parent aide, and emergency services to address stressors in the family and assist the family in improving their parenting skills. This program provides an important piece in the service continuum of Child Protective Services to assist families in keeping children in their homes and preventing further child abuse.

Currently AzPaC provides these services in the following Arizona Counties: Cochise, Coconino, Graham, Greenlee, Mohave, Pima, Pinal, Santa Cruz, and Yavapai.

The services are provided by the AzPaC Partner agencies with our collaborative partner, Child & Family Resources providing the services in Cochise, Graham, Greenlee, and Santa Cruz counties.

The In-Home Services contract replaced the Family Builders program, a contract which ended in June 2006.
